  1. Service Scope
    We offer interior design, consultation, and execution services for residential and commercial spaces. The scope of each project is defined in the client agreement.
  2. Booking & Payments
    All services require an advance payment as agreed upon in the proposal. Full payment must be completed as per the project schedule to avoid delays.
  3. Design Approvals
    Clients are expected to review and approve designs within the specified timeline. Delayed approvals may impact the delivery schedule.
  4. Changes & Revisions
    Any design revisions after final approval may incur additional charges. We allow limited rounds of revisions depending on the package chosen.
  5. Material Usage
    We use quality materials as per the agreed specifications. Any custom materials requested by the client must be confirmed in writing.
  6. Project Timeline
    Project timelines are estimates and depend on material availability, site conditions, and client cooperation. We aim to complete all projects within the agreed time frame.
  7. Cancellations & Refunds
    Once a project has commenced, cancellations will be subject to a review of work completed. Refunds are not applicable on completed design or execution work.
  8. Liability
    STYLE UR SPACES is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party vendors, unforeseen circumstances, or structural issues outside our control.
