- Service Scope
We offer interior design, consultation, and execution services for residential and commercial spaces. The scope of each project is defined in the client agreement. - Booking & Payments
All services require an advance payment as agreed upon in the proposal. Full payment must be completed as per the project schedule to avoid delays. - Design Approvals
Clients are expected to review and approve designs within the specified timeline. Delayed approvals may impact the delivery schedule. - Changes & Revisions
Any design revisions after final approval may incur additional charges. We allow limited rounds of revisions depending on the package chosen. - Material Usage
We use quality materials as per the agreed specifications. Any custom materials requested by the client must be confirmed in writing. - Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and depend on material availability, site conditions, and client cooperation. We aim to complete all projects within the agreed time frame. - Cancellations & Refunds
Once a project has commenced, cancellations will be subject to a review of work completed. Refunds are not applicable on completed design or execution work. - Liability
